Kathryn Whitehead
Kate has been doing litigation since 2005 in the areas of Family Law, Insurance Defense, Personal Injury and Patent
Prosecution. Kate assists in all phases of litigation, from the first meeting with the client through discovery and
then trial. Kate assists the clients by providing in-depth information of each process, timely status case updates
and compassion.
Kate assists with drafting necessary documents, client meetings, attorney meetings, scheduling appointments, court
appearances as well as instructing experts as needed. Kate finds working in family law with our clients to be
gratifying. She advocates for our clients and knows just what they need when they need it.
Kate has deep seeded roots in the military from her family serving – to being married to a retired veteran.
Her experience brings a unique insight to our military family law cases and provides a clear benefit that allows
us to deliver cost effective client services to the entire Heather Hudson Law Firm caseload.
In her spare time Kate enjoys spending time with her family, a good book or watching her Denver Broncos play
football. Kate has three much loved and very spoiled pound puppies at home that keep her busy as well.
